OMG guyrls. Get yo shit down to Tesco’s or Aldi and snap up all them red cabbages!

Seriously, this stuff is like veg crack! It’s crispy, nutritional and fuck’n PURPLE!!!

You can steam it, boil it, fry it, lie on it, wear it as hair or dye your fingers with it!

Not only are Red cabbages intoxicatingly beautiful when you cut a cross section but they are great for your physical and mental health. Packed full of Anthocyanin’s they have wondrous anti-imflamatory, anti-oxidant and anti-anything thats a pile of shit disease effects! They can reduce the risk of cancer, prancer and are great if you’re a dancer.

Good for your head, take it to bed, chuck some googley eyes on it and it’s ur new best friend!

Averaging around the price of 50p in the UK you can even buy it if you’re homeless!

I had Red Cabbage for breakfast this morning with some steamed mushrooms and fresh plum tomatoes. Chuck some chilli sauce and down with a green juice and you’ve got a darn fruity (or more accurately Veggy), morning re-treat for your soul!
