Friday 12th June saw, “The Worlds Best Club”, SPACE Ibiza, saw the return of an insane night for the summer!
“Glitterbox”, by Defected Records shocked the life back into Ibiza’s heart and soul with smashing, sexy, House and Disco by legendary DJ’s Todd Terry, Joey Negro and one of our London faves, Horse Meat Disco.
Ibiza’s seasonal residents couldn’t have even started to anticipate what was awaiting them through the doors. Disco Balls, Screaming Queens and a hot mixed crowd flooded the floors of the Ibiza super-club to celebrate the start of the season in style.
Lamé wielding girls in sharp white bobs set the scene with their sultry looks to get the club was really pumping. The clock struck 3am, and with cinderella still at the ball throwing shapes it was time for a show. The “Hot Heels”, boys with choreography by Jono Kitchens who came all the way from Savage in London’s east end to deliver performances with enough sass to serve a club banquet.
The crowd danced on into the early hours a hot sweaty mess and
when the lights came up on a still full crowd at the end of the night, everyone applauded the insatiable music maestros behind the decks!
“Glitterbox” is set to be a huge one this summer. If you’re out on the island this is a must do/see/go/DANCE!
